Fort Monmouth has gotten a lot of press lately with Netflix announcing its acquisition of a large tract of land to build a studio, office space, and supporting infrastructure. Another property that was once a part of Fort Monmouth was also recently sold- the former headquarters of CommVault at 1 CommVault Way. You’d hardly know when passing by the entrance to the 50 acre property that behind the gates is one of the nicest office buildings in New Jersey.

Built in 2014 and spanning 276,898 SF 1 Commvault Way is the closest thing to a trophy office building in the suburbs of New Jersey. With the building recently being sold to a developer, it’s coming available for lease to outside tenants. We’ll delve into some of the amazing features of the building and it’s current availability below.

First and foremost this is one of a few newer office buildings in New Jersey, which comes with state of the art building materials including a curtain wall glass facade, higher finished ceiling heights throughout the building, and high efficiency building systems. The building design and layout provide for maximum natural light and an integration of indoor and outdoor spaces. 1 Commvault Way is also one of the few LEED certified buildings in New Jersey.
